I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spectacular with a huge balcony and a full ocean view, which was ready just at the perfect moment. The service was top-notch, with incredibly helpful staff like Pedro the Concierge and Janine the manager who truly made my stay memorable. The location was ideal, just a short transfer to the port and only 10-15 minutes from Palma. The dining experience, although not perfect, was still enjoyable with classic dishes. The facilities were impressive with beautifully landscaped gardens and pool areas.
